These Terms govern use of the RENEX Consortium (the “Company”) resource-circulation B2B trading and brokerage platform (the “Service”), including the rights and obligations of the Company and its users.

These Terms govern use of the RENEX Consortium (the “Company”) resource-circulation B2B trading and brokerage platform (the “Service”), including the rights and obligations of the Company and its users.
1. Purpose
These Terms set out the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and procedures between the Company and Members regarding use of the Service.
2. Definitions
“Member” means a business entity that has agreed to these Terms and entered into a use agreement with the Company.
“Transaction” means any sale, brokerage, or group purchase of recyclable resources conducted through the Service.
“Content” means listings, company information, documents, and any material a Member submits to the Service.
3. Effect and Amendment
These Terms take effect when posted within the Service or otherwise notified to Members.
The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law, giving prior notice of the effective date and reason.
4. Formation of the Agreement
The use agreement is formed when an applicant consents to these Terms and to the collection and use of personal information, and the Company approves the application.
The Company may withhold or refuse approval based on verification of business status, sanctions screening, and similar review.
5. Member Obligations
Members must comply with applicable law, these Terms, service guidance, and notices from the Company.
Members must provide accurate registration information; the Member is responsible for false or exaggerated information.
Members must not infringe the rights or reputation of others or violate applicable law.
6. Provision and Suspension
The Company strives to provide a stable Service and may temporarily suspend all or part of it for maintenance or repairs.
The Service is a brokerage platform; except where the Company is a party, it is not responsible for the conclusion, performance, quality, or settlement of transactions between Members.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for damages caused by force majeure or by a Member's own fault.
To the extent permitted by law, the Company limits liability for expected profits not realized or for disputes with counterparties.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the court having jurisdiction over the Company's head office as the court of first instance.
