Privacy Policy

1. Information Collected

At application: company name, business registration number, representative name, location, contact person, email, and phone.

During use: access logs, cookies, and transaction/inquiry history may be generated and collected automatically or manually.

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

Reviewing membership applications and verifying identity/business status; providing the Service and brokering transactions; responding to inquiries; meeting legal obligations and preventing misuse.

3. Retention Period

Member information is retained until the use agreement ends, and longer where preservation is required by law.

Records may be kept for periods set by applicable law (e.g., transaction records for 5 years).

4. Third-Party Provision and Outsourcing

The Company does not, as a rule, provide personal information externally, except as required by law or with the Member's consent.

Operational tasks such as email delivery and cloud infrastructure may be outsourced; processors and tasks are disclosed in this policy.

5. Overseas Transfer

The minimum information necessary may be transferred abroad to broker transactions with overseas partners (e.g., in Saudi Arabia); in that case the destination, purpose, items, and period are notified and consented to in advance under applicable law.

6. Rights of the Data Subject

Members may at any time request access to, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information, and the Company will act without delay.

7. Destruction and Safeguards

Personal information is destroyed without delay once the retention period passes or the purpose is achieved.

The Company applies reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, including access control, audit logging, and transport encryption.
